Next to oxygen, water is essential for all living organisms on Earth. It is a major component in cells, which make up all living organisms. Two-thirds of the adult human body is water - salt water. Humans drink fresh water, yet their bodies are 75 percent saline. Simply taste a tear or a bead of sweat for its salt content. This is one reason why humans need to drink ample amounts of fresh water every day. It keeps the body's salt concentrations low, easing stress on the kidneys and preventing dehydration. Plus, the average adult eliminates approximately eight cups of water a day by sweating, urinating, crying, and creating saliva. It is essential to replace what is lost. That does not mean you should drink saline water, it is important to drink pure clean water!Instead of drinking sodas throughout day, get into the habit of walking around with a bottle of water - all day long. You'll have more energy, feel better, feel full, and flush out toxins with proper urination. All of our body's cells float in water. As a matter of fact, they reproduce in a watery base. If there is insufficient water available in your body, the cells have difficulty duplicating. This can cause an assortment of problems. Water provides the liquid medium for the blood, for the digestive juices, and the elimination of waste. Water is critical for the regulation of body temperature, too. Drinking water is also important if you're trying to lose weight, some studies have shown that thirst and hunger sensations are triggered together. So many new food product created today not only contain high amounts of energy from added sugar and fats, they also contain very little water. Foods today need to be stored for longer periods and foods with a high water content tend to spoil much faster, think about milk, yogurt, eggs, fruits and vegetables. It may be great to think that we can stock our cupboards full of all these tasty foods that last for months, trouble is, it means less water consumption from foods.
Water is very essential for our health. Always test your hydration to avoid dehydration. When you urinate, try to look at your urine. Its colour should be clear to light straw colour. You will know that you are dehydrated when the urine is dark yellow. But you have to take note of drugs, supplements, and other medicines you take in. One example is with vitamin B supplements. The pigments in these supplements will likely turn the urine into neon yellow colour but this does not mean that you are dehydrated. This is also the same with the consumption of some vitamin C supplements.
To keep yourself hydrated, you need to drink 8 big glasses of water every day. This is not the standard required amount for everyone but it serves as a good reference to start. You need more water if you are on the heavy side.
If you really do not like the taste of water, you can always have milk, natural fruit juices, and sports drinks. But keep the pure water on top of the list. Do not also include coffee, tea, and alcohol-based beverages to your 8 glasses of required water. These beverages are known to be diuretics, that is, cause the body to excrete more water. After taking the diuretics like coffee or alcohol, always make sure to drink twice the amount of pure water.
Water Tip: On feeling hungry, drink some water 15 minutes before eating!

There are people who can walk away from you.

And hear me when I tell you this! When people can walk away from you: let them walk. I don't want you to try to talk another person into staying with you, loving you, calling you, caring about you, coming to see you, staying attached to you. I mean hang up the phone.

When people can walk away from you let them walk. Your destiny is never tied to anybody that left.

The bible said that, they came out from us that it might be made manifest that they were not for us. For had they been of us, no doubt they would have continued with us. [1 John 2:19]

People leave you because they are not joined to you. And if they are not joined to you, you can't make them stay.

Let them go.

And it doesn't mean that they are a bad person it just means that their part in the story is over. And you've got to know when people's part in your story is over so that you don't keep trying to raise the dead.. You've got to know when it's dead.

You've got to know when it's over. Let me tell you something.. I've got the gift of good-bye. It's the tenth spiritual gift, I believe in good-bye.. It's not that I'm hateful, it's that I'm faithful, and I know whatever God means for me to have He'll give it to me. And if it takes too much sweat I don't need it. Stop begging people to stay.

Let them go!!

If someone can't treat you right, love you back, and see your worth......

If you keep judging others to make yourself feel better......

LET IT GO!!!

If you're stuck in the past and God is trying to take you to a new level in Him.........

LET IT GO!!!

If you are struggling with the healing of a broken relationship . . ...

LET IT GO!!!

If you keep trying to help someone who won't even try to help themselves. . . ...

LET IT GO!!!

If you're feeling depressed and stressed ............

LET IT GO!!!

If there is a particular situation that you are so used to handling yourself and God is saying 'take your hands off of it,' then you need to......
